My practice offers HIPAA compliant telehealth services
Re: Letter to my clients about Covid19 policy
I send this off to you today as a way to share my initial thoughts and policies regarding how to proceed with my therapy practice in the coming days and weeks. As this Covid19 virus continues, I want to be most careful with and for you, my clients. This is a strange and anxiety provoking time, and I want to provide you with enough information as I can to allow for some control and direction. For now, I am offering telehealth services via phone or online. I will continue to inform you the next steps as I get them. Please take the time to practice your coping strategies; breathing exercises, guided imagery, calling friends, using the apps CALM, Insight Timer and Headspace.
Today you are one step closer to a new you where you feel empowered and on a positive path to growth and well-being.
As a solution-focused therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals. I want to make sure that we will have a good fit in working together. Call me for a free 30-minute individual, couples or family therapy consultation today. (Does not apply to Employee Assistance Referrals.)
Most warmly, Marna Reed
