I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 30 years of experience. I earned my Bachelors Degree from UCLA, and my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the Alfred Adler Institute of Chicago.
I work with adult individuals, married couples and domestic partners. I have a history of helping individuals with depression, anxiety and those who have been sexually, physically or emotionally abused. My practice is LGBT Affirmative, and I am a current member of the Minnesota LGBT Mental Health Providers Network.
My clients often tell me that they appreciate my eclectic approach that is both pragmatic and compassionate. The basis of my work comes out of strengths-based theory, insight therapy, and a cognitive approach. I strive to tailor my approach to work with your concerns as well as your strengths. My greatest pleasure is assisting you in connecting with those strengths as you find your way through life’s challenges.
