Rates
My rates are $130/50-minute session. 4-session packages, through pre-payment are available for a 15% discount.
Insurance
I am a preferred provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, Preferred One and Cigna. As part of my provider contract, I will submit claims on your behalf to your insurance. You will be responsible for payment of any copayment or deductible amounts at each appointment.
For all other insurance, payment in full is required at each appointment. As a Licensed Psychologist, I am covered by many insurers under the "out of network" portion of your policy. Many of these companies will reimburse a portion of the fees you have paid. As a courtesy, I offer to bill your insurance for you.
I also provide clients with receipts that may be required for Health Savings Account reimbursement.
Some individuals prefer not to use their insurance benefits due to privacy concerns. Additionally, most insurance providers do not cover couples’ counseling. Please know that if you do choose to use your insurance benefits, your plan has the right to request your records to review “medical necessity” at any time. If this situation occurs, as a psychologist, I cannot refuse this request.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means that if you cancel within 24 hours of our appointment, you are responsible for the full cost of the session,
